Terms of Service

1. The Service

Uzman Takvimi is a web-based appointment-management platform aimed primarily at independent professionals and small clinics in the health and consulting sectors.

Core features include expert profiles, availability calendars, online booking, appointment reminder emails, client records, intake forms, session packages, and external calendar integrations (Google, Outlook, Apple iCloud).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using misleading, false, or third-party identity, title, certificate, or contact information.
• Claiming to offer regulated services (medicine, psychology, law) without holding the necessary authorisation.
• Automated scraping, generating undue load, or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Collecting, sharing, or selling other users’, clients’, or third parties’ personal data without authorisation.
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, copyright infringement, or other unlawful content.
• Advertising, fake bookings, multiple accounts, or referrals to competing platforms.

Uzman Takvimi may suspend or permanently close accounts in breach of these obligations without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To register you must be at least 18 years old and use a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password and session credentials confidential. Any action taken through your account is deemed to be your action.

4. Subscription, Billing, Invoicing and Refunds

Uzman Takvimi subscriptions are sold and collected by LemonSqueezy Inc. (“LemonSqueezy”) acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). This means that the payment contract is with LemonSqueezy, not with the Operator. LemonSqueezy is responsible for invoicing, VAT, payment-method management and refund operations; the Operator is responsible for service-level matters (feature operation, account access, content management, etc.).

• New expert accounts start with a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment method.
• After the trial you must choose a subscription plan to continue using the expert dashboard. Otherwise dashboard access is suspended; your data is preserved until you delete your account.
• Active subscriptions renew automatically each month. The plan fee is charged on the renewal date by LemonSqueezy to the payment method on file.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund is issued by the Operator for the period already paid.
• Payment disputes, VAT/tax questions, chargebacks, refund requests and invoice corrections are LemonSqueezy’s responsibility. Please raise these through https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/help or via the support link in your LemonSqueezy receipt email.
• The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 is preserved. Send the withdrawal request directly to LemonSqueezy and, for the record, copy kvkk@uzmantakvimi.net.
• For service-level issues (features not working, account access, content requests, etc.) contact the Operator at kvkk@uzmantakvimi.net.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Integrations with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple iCloud are optional and are subject to the respective provider’s own terms. Uzman Takvimi is not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes affecting those providers.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform’s interface, logo, software, and content belong to Uzman Takvimi or its licensors. You are granted only the right to use the platform for its intended purpose; reverse engineering, extracting source code, or unauthorised copying is prohibited.

Content you upload about your own profile, appointments, or clients remains your property. Uzman Takvimi processes such content only to provide the service and will not use it for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

7. Privacy

Processing of personal data and your subject rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. By accepting these terms you confirm that you have also read that notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. Uzman Takvimi does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Uzman Takvimi is not a party to the contract between expert and client and is not liable for professional advice given through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uzman Takvimi’s aggregate liability to you is limited to the subscription fees collected from you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, and loss of data are excluded.

9. Changes and Termination

Uzman Takvimi may change platform features, pricing, and these terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Uzman Takvimi may terminate this agreement in case of breach of the acceptable-use rules above.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Because the Operator’s registered residence is in Kadıköy / Istanbul, the Istanbul Anadolu (Kadıköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. Users acting as consumers retain their statutory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, including the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in their place of residence.
